Vincent Van Ho, Esq.

Licensed to practice law in California and Nevada, Vincent has represented clients in the hotel and casino industry, commercial lenders, insurance carriers, and various Fortune 500 companies in Las Vegas, Nevada for years before returning to his home state of California to open the Law Office of Vincent Van Ho, P.C.

Mr. Ho started his legal career at the University of California, Davis, where he received his BA in pre-law studies. During that time, Mr. Ho worked with the Solano County Public Defenders as a legal clerk. He was thereafter offered a substantial scholarship to attend law school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he received his Juris Doctor. Additionally, Mr. Ho has served as a liaison between Vietnam’s Gaming and Tourism Delegation and the MGM Grand Ho Tram Strip, a law clerk for a defense law firm, as well as a mediator for the Las Vegas Neighborhood Justice Center.

Since 2010, Mr. Ho has devoted his civil practice to legal matters including family law, estate planning, personal injury, and business law. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the Nevada Bar association, California Bureau of Real Estate, and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area.
